Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of [TBD] (the "Service"), including the app, VPN connections, the free allowance, paid subscriptions, in-app feedback and related services. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Agreement and Operator

These Terms are an agreement between you and [TBD] ("we", "us"). Address: [TBD].

By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

3. The Service and No-Account Access

The Service provides encrypted network connections for lawful privacy and security purposes. Server choice, speed, latency and availability depend on region, device, network carrier, network conditions, maintenance and capacity. We do not promise any particular speed or uninterrupted connection.

The Service does not require an email-and-password account. On first launch the app generates a device identifier; our servers use it to grant access and issue a device credential, which is used to authenticate your device, link your free allowance or paid entitlement, enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. "No account" does not mean no data is processed; see the Privacy Policy.

Keep your device safe. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the local credential is lost: free users may not be able to recover their remaining allowance, and paid users can recover their entitlement through "Restore Purchases" in the app store.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Free Allowance

New devices may receive a one-time free data allowance. The amount, duration and speed are shown in the app. To prevent abuse, the free allowance can be claimed only once per device: reinstalling the app, resetting the device identifier, or deleting the account and registering again will not grant it again. We use device-check services provided by the platform (such as Apple DeviceCheck and Google Play Integrity) to determine whether a device has already claimed it.

We may change the size, duration and features of the free allowance, and will notify you through the app or this page before material changes take effect.

5. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

• Plan duration, data allowance, price, currency and renewal terms are as shown in the app and on the app store checkout page.
• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel in your app store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the period already paid.
• Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel in the app store.
• Paid plan data allowances reset monthly. Unused data does not roll over.
• We may change future prices and plan contents, but will not retroactively change a period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are collected by the app store, and refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies:

• App Store: request through Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Google Play: request through your Google Play order history.

We cannot issue refunds for app store orders directly, but we can help explain your situation. Mandatory consumer rights under the law where you live are not affected.

7. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws that apply to you and to the services you access, and you are responsible for all activity through your device. You must not use the Service to:

• commit, assist or conceal any unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats or exploitation;
• access any system, account, device or data without authorization;
• distribute malware, conduct phishing, send spam, launch network attacks or perform abusive large-scale scraping;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
• circumvent plan, device, billing, security or technical limits, or obtain the free allowance repeatedly by any means;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the app, except as expressly permitted by law;
• resell, rent, share or publicly distribute the Service or your subscription link without our written permission;
• use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our servers or other users.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend or terminate your access to the extent reasonably necessary if you breach these Terms, engage in abuse or fraud, create a security risk to the Service or other users, or where required by law. Where practical, we will notify you in advance and give you a chance to respond.

You may stop using the Service at any time, or use "Delete Account" in the app. After deletion we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. A claimed free allowance will not be restored, and any active subscription must still be cancelled in the app store.

9. Changes and Updates

We may add, remove, replace or maintain servers and features, and release necessary software updates. When an older version poses security, compatibility or reliability risks, we may require you to update before you can continue using the Service.

10. Your Content and Suggestions

Text, screenshots and contact details you submit through in-app feedback are used only to respond to you, troubleshoot and improve the Service. Do not submit content you have no right to share, and do not include passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in screenshots.

If you voluntarily send us suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve the Service without compensation.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, app, brand, interface, documentation and original content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a right of use only and do not transfer any ownership.

12. Third-Party Services

App stores, payment services, operating systems, network carriers, and websites and apps you access through the Service are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent services.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee access to any particular website, app or region, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [TBD]. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections under the law where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at [TBD] so we can try to resolve it informally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons, and will update the version number and effective date on this page. We will notify you of material changes, for example by an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If the Chinese and English versions conflict, the Chinese version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
