Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the app and use it without an email or phone number. The service processes a device identifier and limited operational data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Is it free?
Each new device can claim a one-time free data allowance; the amount is shown in the app. Reinstalling or deleting the account does not grant it again. Paid plans are available in the app.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad and Android phones are currently supported.
Does a VPN make me anonymous?
No. A VPN encrypts traffic between your device and our servers, but it does not guarantee anonymity or change your obligation to follow local laws and third-party terms.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in the store's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel it.
Will my paid plan survive a new phone or reinstall?
Yes. Sign in to the store with the same Apple ID or Google account and tap "Restore Purchases" in the app.
